» Poem: Forget It All.
Forget It All.
written by Josh_x
03:53 AM 2/26/05
Blowing out the last candle
Letting the wax harden
The air is so cold
I can almost feel my lungs freezing
Breathing is so hard
It's no longer simple to fake a smile
Happiness is emotion no longer known to me
Trying too hard
To give you what you need
What i thought you needed
Destroying all hope
Of letting myself be free
All i want now is for the world to bleed
Pick the scab
Let the blood flow freely
Lick the blood from your lifeless skin
Tasting the rust
Close your eyes
Forget my face
Forget my kiss
Forget it all
Numb to the world
