No More Us

Now I understand you are part of my past
I will always love you, I can't tell a lie
But this will be the last time that I cry
You never cared about me
You just wanted to see what you could get for free
To me you are the guy I will always love
To you I am nothing of the above
Now I see what I can truly be
I can be free as long as there is no you and me
Now you're behind me, there's no turning back
In my life now there is nowhere I lack
I am now free and happier than you'll ever be
Because now I have the choice to just be me
I say goodbye to you right now
And to let you know you never again will bring me down
Like I said, you were my first, but you definitely won't be
my last
Now I can truly say you are part of my past |
