» Poem: RIP Dimebag
RIP Dimebag
written by Poison Ivy
06:22 AM 2/27/05
a god, a hero, a legend
too high to fall
until that trigger was pulled to end the show for the last time
but your fans still cheer
songs still play
that bullet didn’t kill you
it set you free
a Dean, guitar pics and one hell of a mind lives on
we only have pictures, CDs and memories of you
and a gravestone with your glorious name
you cant be duplicated
and its such a shame
we miss you , dime
and now the curtains are drawn
we all mourn and ask ‘why?’
In our hearts you live on
in our hearts you will never die. . .
