broken and used

i'm used to it by now
at least thats what you would think
but still these tears keep falling
never ending sobbing
i hide between my thoughts
and a smile
never truly revealing how i feel
my heart keeps breaking
shattering still
its peices left broken
abused
on the floor
my body is numb
yet i still feel your hands
they grasp my throat
strangling me
my soul is dead
no longer able to soar
its wings are bandaged
from what you've done here
can't you see
this is what you've done to me
all alone
broken and used |
