Wings Over Fire

one step ahead of society.
Hum drum heart continues
to fire away at the vile
enemy of insanity.
Fragmented humor becomes
as equal as the bone dry
winter.
As courage wonders off
into the fog, pain works
its' way towards the
hereafter.
This weary smile never
caves in.
Can the soul outlast
the ageless war of sin? |
