Insecurity Pt. 2

Know that I'm not that pure
But that doesn't mean that I can't be scared
That I can't be nervous or insecure
You are my life
You should know that by now
You are by far
The best thing I've found
And I think that I'm ready
I think that I'm sure
So why do I feel
So damn insecure?
You're the one that I'm comfortable with
The one that I trust
The one I'm in love with
What I feel is not lust
Maybe I'm simply
Not as ready as I think
Or maybe my insecurities
Are making me this weak
You aren't pressuring me
You seem to understand
But this means alot to me
You might have to hold my hand
It's almost like
Losing it again
I'm as scared as I am now
As I was back then
So please take it easy
Please take it slow
Promise me you'll hold me
And never let me go |
