» Poem: Perfect World
Perfect World
written by nicole_lyndon

In a perfect world...
Man would love woman
As woman would love man.
Equals in life as in death,
Both made of one breath.
Love, the word with no meaning,
Yet the essence of life
Shall be praised day and night.
No passive feelings would exist,
No tears to cry, no minds to twist.
Life would be fun, no suffering,
Full of passion, no jealousy.
The dark side within, will never show
Only in desperate need for balance to grow
