Perceptions
written by breakmyheart03:26 PM 3/1/05It's funny how many sides
someone can see
of the same person.
1. Some see a fun person,
a loud person,
an outspoken person.
It's interesting to know,
they think these things.
2. Then others see an insecure person,
a talented person,
a poetic person.
I suppose I could say the same,
if I focused on the positives.
3. A few see the laid back, relaxed person.
One that belongs to the California beachfront.
These people see lovable and caring.
Which is a side that not many pick up.
4. Then there are people who see
a candid, unafraid, no-nonsense kind of girl.
I see it sometimes,
but when no one is around,
I can tell you it's not there.
5. THere are still others who see so many things.
Like so many postage stamps they slap them on her.
Funny, party-girl, sex maniac, hyper and happy,
The list could go on and on.
6. But there are things that I see
that could rival everything.
There is a bitch, a whore, a liar.
A mean-spirited, but self conscious girl.
I am shocked to know that out of everyone
Out of thousands of heartless bastards,
I have the worst, tear-you-apart
outlook on her.
This worthless girl of fourteen,
who has ruined more than she should have
Who might have killed a few,
even watched them bleed to death,
and shrugged it off.
This is the kind of filth she is.
Who regrets life every minute she lives it.
I wish I could erase it all.
I pity her cursed existance. |
