Of Ever After

A dark reminder of who I used to be
Lost now, my soul cries out
But nothing, no one, can hear me shout
No one can hear me screaming
Why? Why must it be this way
Cant I just cut all the pain away
Why? Why cant I just end it all
Watch myself drift into another reality
Nothing feels real anymore
I dont know who to believe
Or what is right, what is wrong
Why cant I seem to belong
I watched myself crumble and now
Now I want someone to hear me out
Life has seeped away from me
My inner being
Taken hold of me
What is there to live for
Shallow poems
No one can tell this is how I feel
Shallow hearts
No one can tell this person is real |
