» Poem: Safety Pins
Safety Pins
written by XpaperdollX

If you would just forgive yourself for all your tainted sins perhaps I wouldn’t scar myself with dirty safety pins,
If you would let me kiss the wounds beyond your pretty skin, perhaps I wouldn’t hate myself and let the point dig in.
If you would let me know you or let me understand perhaps I wouldn’t scar my paled skin. With knife in hand the more I feel I love you I kill you affection.
The more I try to know you, you kill me with rejection
I wish I could affect you
I wish that I could win.
Perhaps I wouldn’t hate myself and stab myself with safety pins.
