Afraid

And deathly afraid of heights
I may freak out at the smallest sign
Of the most insignificant bug bite
I may be reluctant to tell you
Just exactly how I feel
And I may be a little hesitant
To believe that all this is real
I may constantly worry
About letting you down
I may start pointless fights
And then try to fix them somehow
I'm afraid of a lot of things
This much may be true
But the only thing that truly scares me
Is the thought of losing you |
