Mystery
written by SilentScreamingScars12:51 AM 3/3/05Piles and piles of paper
holding all emotion
reading just one word
would cause a grand commotion
Its heard me laugh,
been washed by my tears
held my prayers
and learned my fears.
Days and days
of endless writing.
It’s blank pages
are so inviting.
Poems, rants, angry words,
never spoken, never heard.
Written there to never see,
don’t you look, only me!
You look
only to see my outside shell,
what’s inside,
I’ll never tell.
If you look
you’ll never find it
These nosey people
make me hide it.
No one will ever read it,
you’ll never see inside.
Now I bet you are wondering
“What’s she have to hide?”
There with in my notebook
Lies my mystery
You may look for hours
But you’ll never understand me. |
