» Poem: Purgatory Sunrise.
Purgatory Sunrise.
written by Tessin
04:58 AM 3/3/05
Listening to engines burn outside my window, as the Harley's flaunt their testosterone down the Peoria strip. It becomes rather clear that there are indeed better things that could occupy my time. But maintaining a healty attitude is akin to waltzing on nails coated in lemon.
Watching doves fly is nothing less than painful when you have no wings of your own. They wouldn't enjoy such company as this amongst them in their heavenly domain anyway. Chasing foxes through the forests is no easier than chasing stars through the sky. I'ts impossible to see your path at sunrise in purgatory.
