» Poem: Lies
Lies
written by lone-poet
11:30 PM 3/4/05
She deceived me she told lies
Maybe I, shouldn’t have prized
But where was the feeling?
Lost in the ceiling?
Where was the love?
Snatched by a dove?
Now I see
You’re here to hurt me
