» Poem: For the devil
For the devil
written by demented_vampire
02:13 AM 3/6/05
I sit and think of what I've become,
I close my eyes and pretend I'm numb.

I try not to let your pain get to me anymore,
I lure you into a room and lock the door.

It hurts me so much inside,
I start to cry.

I take the knife,
and regret my life.

I slowly slit my wrist,
as you pound on the door to get out with your fist.

I let my blood spill on the ground,
I can see that no one is around.

I realize I've cut too deep,
now my soul the Devil shall keep.

Now I'm going back to where I came from,
I'm the one for whom the Devil has come.
