in a mirror of forever
Like a leech on a lotus
slight distaste that always lingers
I wish i could see you
through eyes of forever
like a constant tear on my cheek
a sweet nectar
I wish i could see us
in an image of forever
won't make it go away
no matter how much it burns
I wish i couln't see me
through a hatred of forever
like a leech on a lotus
beauty marred...like an ember
I wish i didn't see you
in my dreams of forever
nightmares glowing soft
traitor
I wish i didn't see us
In a mirror of forever
like a leech on a lotus
the most beautiful pain
won't will it away; even if it hurts |
