Pain and Drugs

I have nothing else to gain
I'd just as easily slit my throat
You'd understand if you read what I wrote
I need some weed to calm my nerves
My daily life is filled with hurt
I cry because of what I do
And yet I need it to help me through
It's a rather vicious cycle
The pain leads to the drugs
And then the drugs cause more pain
Than anything else ever does |
