» Poem: First True Love
First True Love
written by nicole_lyndon

As teens turn into adults,
they go through many firsts.
First job, first car, first date,
and most important, first true love.

Awkward at first,
yet, all so exciting.
That first true love
is all that you can think about.

Amazing, the feeling is so wonderful,
no words could describe it.
Everytime you pass him,
he takes your breath away.

All your friends say,
"He is so wrong for you!"
What do they know?
You two were meant for each other.

All your parents say
is "Never!"
Yet you say,
"Forever!"
