Misery's Contract

to be miserable for years
to produce fake smiles
to swallow my tears.
It's like a contract
promising misery then death
grasp the black pen
then take my last breath.
Sign on the dotted line
hurry up don't waste my time
someone is already in line
In line to take your happiness.
I here by swear
to cry myself to sleep at night
hurt on the inside, but outside i'll shine bright
Pretend i'm alright.
Put down your pen
thanks for your cooperation
signing your death promise
without any hesitation.
I here by swear
to throw my life away
To make her life alright.
To make his life okay.
Throw away my life
do it for my best friend.
Sign away my life,
cause i could never make it.
Make it alone
something i don't want to do.
But i threw away my best friends
and i did it all for you.
I here by swear
to make myself disappear
and if you ever notice
these will be "happy" tears.
I'm happy for you.
Happy you took my last friend away.
Crying on the inside,
"Yeah, I'm okay." |

it's about giving my best friend in the whole world, the love of my life, to my cousin because she's depressed and she needs him more than i do, i'm trying to be selfless...he wants her so bad, she has a boyfriend, when ever she's around.. i'll be invisible.. might as well accept it.. giving up my bestfriend..
