Will I See You Again?

And now I'm lying in bed
Wondering if I'll ever see you again
We played with one another
You made me laugh when I was sad
You were always there for me
When I was even mad
I may have seemed like I didn't love you
But that is not true
Because I still hear you running
So, I know that it's you
When you left, I was in pain
Because I lost a friend
That could not be replaced
And I sit here, writing this
Wondering if I'll ever see you again |

I wrote this about my bestest friend in the world that my mother had to put down due to her age. I know my best friend is a dog, but I still loved her none the less
