» Poem: Fight for life.
Fight for life.
written by The Black Halo
08:19 PM 3/8/05
And sometimes I look up,
To see you lying there
So cold.
Your body so frail.
Barely fit enough to walk,
Yet you carry on fighting.

And sometimes I look up,
To see those ugly tubes
So grand.
Hard to imagine
Such an eyesore living for you.
Yet you carry on breathing.

And sometimes I look up,
To wonder why you're here.
Laying
On a bed of death.
It's so hard not to think the worst,
When an angel fights for life.
