I Won't Forget

Growing stronger every day.
I live in blindness, shrouded darkness.
I gave up the love I couldn't have.
Still I live, made relentless.
Fed by fury.
I can't see myself with love to give.

I feed on hatred, with no emotion.
I gave up to times ceaseless beatings.
With nothing left to call my own.
I hide in the shadows.
Forever weeping in my fragile arms.
