We Are Friends

Why We Met On That Day.
We Just Bumped Into Each Other.
Life's Funny That Way.
I Looked At You & You Looked At Me.
What Did The Future Hold ?
Neither Of Us Could See.
Did I Like You ? Did You Like Me ?
We Weren't Sure At First
Which Way It Would Be.
It Wasn't Very Long Before I Knew.
There Was Something Real Special
Between Me And You.
We Are Different In Some Ways.
In Others, We Are The Same.
That's Just How Life Is,
So It Must Be Ok.
Yes, Life Sure Is Funny.
Like Playing A New Game.
But The Part I Like Best,
Is We Are Friends Just The Same. |
