The Forest and the Lake
written by squirrelsarehot04:24 AM 3/11/05Silent as I wake
Quiet by the lake
Nothing is moving
And neither am I --
Your face locked inside my heart
Your voice, like a silver dart
Your eyes they captivate me
don't you set me free --
Silen through the forest
The light from the moon pristine
The atmosphere is perfect
As we walk like King and Queen --
Your face locked inside my heart
Your voice, like a silver dart
Your eyes, they captivate me
don't you set me free --
As the sun rises
You begin to walk away
yet I cannot follow you...
I beg of you, stay --
Your face locked inside my heart
Your voice, like a silver dart
Your eyes, they captivate me
don't you set me free -- |
