» Poem: Tearful pearl
Tearful pearl
written by The Black Halo
04:33 PM 3/11/05
In a world of black and white,
You stand out.

With your eyes like calming fires,
And your subtle smiles of grace.
You are the diamond amongst the sapphire
The precious, the perfect.

I swum the world's oceans,
Seven times over.
Searching for that magnificent pearl,
And every time I see you cry,
That pearl is reflected in your eyes.
