yes, yet no

and find comfort.
i look away
but hes still there.
wishing he would hold me
exactly like i want him to
but also wanting everything
to stay the same.
when he looks at me,
a smile on his face,
i feel me blush,
and i smile back.
it is so easy,
yet so hard.
taking it slow
yet wanting to rush
not understanding
my feelings toward him.
i nod
and we look away,
i like him,
yet i dont like him that way. |
