» Poem: That girl
That girl
written by depressions_slave

That girl was hurt,
That girl was burnt,
She was beaten,
She was forgoten,
She was bruised,
She was abused,
Why did you all do this to her?
Did you know that she would kill?
Not only herself, but the only one she trusted?
Did you know she would die inside?
Did you know she would bleed inside,
waiting for death to come to her,
waiting for death to free her?
Did you know that that girl was me?
That I would kill?
Not only myself but the one I trusted?
That I would die inside?
That I would bleed inside?
Wait for death to come,
Wait for death to free me?
That girl is me,
That girl.
