The Secret

Of her empty mistakes
Left with her hollow motives
The tears she cannot fake
She lets it take over her
And she finally gives in
She can't try to deny
The misery she lives in
She's making one
Mistake after another
She knows she's making things worse
But why even bother?
She'll only get in trouble
So it's best he doesn't know
She knows it'll only cause more drama
So it's best it doesn't show
The secret that she's keeping
She's keeping it locked away
So she pulls down her sleeves
The secret, from her mouth, won't stray |
