Shadow

I’d dig a little deeper but I’d be in hell
Too many people hide behind an act of conformity
Deep down we’re all the same
But most hide so long, the person they once were is already dead
I see the beauty that you hold within
Forsaken for so long it’s nothing but a shadow
But that’s what we are
We see the beauty within
When the wall is broken down
It wont be built again
Now the wall is broken down, you see your shadow
No longer you should be so shallow
The time has come and I see your eyes
Now I see the honest soul within
But some souls can’t be converted
Those are the souls that shall be deserted
They shall be lost for the hollow corpse they are inside |
