» Poem: Three in the Morning
Three in the Morning
written by xXmasqueradeXgirlXx
01:19 AM 7/24/04
Dark desire washes over me
I look at him and think how can it be?
I never thought I would have to choose
Hoping that I shall not lose
Look into my eyes, the windows to the soul
Is everything to be taken as it is told?
You beg of pardon, I beg for death
My match in life will soon be met
The passion for darkness pulsates through my veins
Hoping for a time when my love will remain
Now I close my eyes in wait
Never finding a perfect date
Consuming fear shall overtake
Wait for my heart to hate
Glancing at me you ask what I think
Mesmerized, I say, adding a small wink
