Empty .

Empty inside.
Missing the love,
That once was.
Watching the rain on the window,
Slowly fall down.
Down in the sand,
As my love for you.
I’ve known it long,
But love makes blind.
It’s just hard to love,
When you don’t get back.
It’s all gone,
Summer and sun.
The cold is at the doorway,
And you’re gone.
Not inside me anymore,
And it feels empty. |
