His Demise
written by angrytigress_1704:49 PM 3/14/05He sits in a corner
Surrounded by a cloud of smoke
Like a foreigner
In a land of hope
His bleary eyes gaze at visions that don’t exist
As one passes him by
He shakes his fist
His bleeding eyes start to cry
So he screams and roars
Falls to his knees on wooden floors
While his mind dreams of open doors
He sees red
Inside his head
Where his thoughts have incessantly bled
Dying in a pool of misery
With redundant regrets that wont set him free
Dwelling on a river of debris
And when he fell to the ground
With no one by his side
Engulfed by a sadistic sound
His tears he tried to hide
Realizing no one would cry
So he finally gave up and died
And so it starts again
The cycle of the insane
Surrendering blindly to Mary Jane
The living blame the dead
For all their misery and pain
And all the things that were never said |
