eternal

And so was birthed the light
A dream become reality
A million wrongs set to right
Moving the heavens to creation
Beckoning angels to flight
Eyes brilliant stars
Eternal beacons in the night
Her embrace a warm sanctuary
Wherein I would hide
Lay my head upon her breast
And let the endless days pass by
As every season withers
As worlds are birthed then die
I feed upon her beauty
Drink each tear she cries
Never to be forgotten
This embrace I held with her
Each heartbeat speaks of memories
My hands still feel each curve
Of emotions undefined
And feelings yet to be learned
My love real and never ending
For this beautiful angel....... |
