Finding the Truth! Why?

Why can’t I fulfill what they want me to be?
Why must I fear myself and wish for death to come?
Why must I walk to the beat Of a different drum?
Why must I be ashamed of who I really am?
Trapped in another jam,
Why must I live here? To be tormented by them all,
Why can’t I just let go, and allow myself to fall?
When will the end come?
When I can go away,
When I can leave this place,
For I no longer wish to stay. |
