So You Can't

Just to berid of your haunting memories that plauge my mind
On and on through every waking hour
And every single night that your face wakes me in my dreams
I'll keep on thinking of what we could have
If we were ever together
And write so many words in my own blood that you'll never see
I'll dream of saying things to you
That will somehow never make it to your ears
And continue torturing myself with the things I leave unsaid
I'll keep on waiting for the day
That someone will finally call me their own
But first I'll tear my shattered heart to pieces
Just so you can't... |
