Love Is But an Obsession

But I know that what I felt cannot be love
For love does not exist
Love is but a evil lie
It is just some word
That people made up
To forefeel that empty
Space inside of them
But if it is not love
Then what is it
Is the question at hand
I call it an obsession
You spend all day and night
Just thinking about that one person
You are convenedthey are your soul mate
You would do anything for that person
No matter what the cost
Or how much damage it will cause
Face it
It is not love
But an obsession
Just think about it... |

| You have a poetic idea, but it lacks poetic language; and reads like prose or a simple conversation with a friend. Poetry is the art of language...show your art, not just your idea.
