I will be fine..dont worry

I know i will be fine..
I always try to convince myself that..
Am i ever goin to be ok?
Suffering from that ever lasting pain..
Being stabbed in the heart from a former love...
I will go on..
I will not lose this war.
I will not die..
I will not cry..
I am fine..
Dont worry..
I will not search deep into my soul to find you..
You have to save me..
Until than...
I will be fine..
You know im fine..
Or at least you think i am..
I laugh at the site of my blood each night..
I cry as the blood streams down my arm..
Im lost..
IM soo confused..
I want this to end...
I need to be in your arms..
But yea...
IM fine.. or at least i will try to be fine...
