death by love.

like you mean nothing to me
but you are everything.
i hold you so tight
so i wont let you go.
i killed you tonight
so that we could be one soul.
now as i see your stone white face.
longing for your warm embrace.
ill take the crimson from your lips.
and drink it down in utter bliss.
i have gained your soul in my heart.
but lost your gentle, loving touch.
you were worth every ounce of pain.
i know i couldnt have it all.
in death beauty will always show.
in death i will cry in vain
ill take this same knife up agian.
in death, my shattered hope.
to feel your soft hands on my face
and know that we are forever safe.
tonight will i have sin'd perfection
with bloody hands and my life is taken
here it is, i will lay
with my bloody victim, my loving hate.
the river that i cried for you
still lives on without me.
into my river of pain will flow.
the tears of those who cant let me go. |
