» Poem: The Greatest Blessing in Disguise
The Greatest Blessing in Disguise
written by Bloodfilledcinnabuns

Blessings are inevitable, it is up to the individual heart to learn to recognize them.
It took me years, years of loneliness and searching
to see that the greatest blessing was right there.
From infancy we shared everything,
no two could have so much in common,
yet so much in common was our enemy.
After the trials and we had overcome,
we recognized that eachother was all we had
Eachother to spend life with
A life without blessing without the one person I would die for
A death I would endure for my sister.
