I Thank You

You left me cold and bitter
You helped me realize the harsh truth
That there is no love
That love is nothing but a misused word
A word fools use to explain
How they think they feel
But I'm greatful
Fo r I was living in a fantasy world
I must have been out of my mind
To think that the world
Was this beautiful place
Of love and happiness
Your put me back in reality
And helped me realize
That the world
Is this horrilbe place
Of sorrow and pain
For that I hate you
But I know the truth now
And for that I thank you |
