» Poem: Hurtful Kid.
Hurtful Kid.
written by Josh_x
04:13 AM 3/18/05
He sits alone
Not daring to make so much as a sound
As all the 'popular' kids walk past
Yelling out insults
Words of hate
You see a pained look on his face
As you see him swallowing down his tears
Not letting them fall
Watching as he lifts up his sleeve
Glancing at his watch
You gasp as you see a scar covered wrist
He notices your stares
Quickly pulling it down
Looking away from you
Listening as he silently curses himself
You hear him choke down a sob
As he lets his hair fall into his eyes
Staring down at the ground
You see slashes along his neck
Hearing the school bell ring
You quickly stand up
Walking to class
Feeling so much guilt
Leaving him to fend for himself.
