False Identity
written by xfadingmemoriesx05:16 AM 3/19/05Don't try to fix me,
because you won't succeed.
Don't try to tell me what I'm doing wrong,
I already know so there's really no need.
You may look at me like I'm not real,
but I promise you I'm more real then you think.
I may not thrive in this life,
but I know I'll never sink.
I understand you don't know me,
and that's perfectly fine.
Sometimes I don't even know myself,
and we all walk the same thin line.
I want you to judge me,
for what I have inside.
Don't judge me because of what someone said,
because you ought to know they lied.
We're living in a world full of liars,
we're living in a world full of hate.
Always focused on our appearances,
taking no time to appreciate. |
