Watching faces blurring past
Few mutter a quick hello
Some just laugh
As they throw insults my way
Most just don't acknowledge my existance
We're better off that way
Wouldnt want to commit social suicide would we?
Didn't think so
It doesn't really matter
I'd rather just be myself
Never will i try to fit in with you
All you 'cool' kids do is lie
Bitching about eachother behind everyones back
There is no truth
There is no honesty
Just a bunch of pretty faces
With nothing else to offer. |

| hi it was a great poem, but can i say please, ( dont take it the wrong way) but i am in the so called popular group at school and i talk to everyone in my eyes no one is a geek or a loner, we are all simply human, i have a passion for poetry and i always have and this one is great, i feel terrible knowing its people like me making you feel this way, its terrible, but trust me if you came to my school, i would go out of my way to say hello to you everyday, and know you have a friend in me xXx |

| if anything, u r more cool. they are all just pretty faces. most are stoners or alcoholics aswell.(no offence to ne1 that isn't, that is prt of the popular crowd). it's really hard to try to b accepted by them, but it's even harder to be who YOU want to be. i admire you for that
