Nobody.

In a full classroom
People all around you
Still you feel so alone
No one sees
The tears as they slide down your cheeks
Or they do but want to pretend they can't see
Laughter filling into your mind
Happy faces all around
Someone tapping you on the shoulder
As they mutter a 'are you okay'
Nodding your head slowly
Not bothering to look up
Wiping the tears from your eyes
They couldn't really care
Why would they
Who are you to them anyway
Nothing
Nobody
Thats all you ever wanted to be
Its all you'll ever be. |
