Permanent Record (COMMENTS PLEASE!!)

were saying that it was right,
yet my body couldnt put up a fight.
i walk in with everything going as i suspected,
all my innocence that was left , officially neglected.
i sit there trying to hide how i really feel inside,
waiting and waiting for the long shameful ride.
i see the disappointment on my mother's face,
i feel horrible for putting it there in its place.
i see the many police men there
all because i was playing a rebel's role,
i think about how the many people r here cuz of me
and i cant help but feel special.
they lead me out of the office,
and put the handcuffs on,
and suddenly i felt like a fellon.
it didnt take a while for the thought to stir,
that i just ruined my permanent record. |
