best friend

I try not to think of you
and try my hardest not to cry
when its all I want to do
You were all I had left in this place
and now I'm so alone
just an empty place
has become our lovely home
everyone loved you
you were my pride and joy
I never thought I'd know what to do
without my precious boy
since he died
all I've had is you
you helped me not to cry
But now what shall I do
I never thought I'd lose you
I'll love you to the end
forever will you be
not just a dog but my best friend |
