God is Great (begging for comments!!)

i found no need to talk to u,
i found that i was too unimportant for u
to listen to my prayer
along the way things started to get bad,
u werent there to be by my side like u always had
i realized this and i decided to turn back to u
just u see if u were always really there for me
if ur gonna be full of forgiveness like u say u do.
slowly i started to pray to u like i did before,
i talked to u about things i cudnt say to anyone
and u understood alot more.
with u in my life again, i found the strength to go on
i found the special gift u gave me,
i learned when to leave pain without someone telling me 'come on!'
and slowly im actually finding happiness in me,
im earning back my self esteem and
finding who i wanna be.
and through all this im learning that God is great,
he could give u anything, he forgives us for our hate |
