Safe Only In My Dreams

they were interupted by a beeping sound,
i wake up to hear my alarm clock
the sudden disturbence made my heart pound.
i remember all my troubles
now theyll be harder to forget,
ive spent this whole life wandering
as a worthless piece of shit.
i long to find a place where i belong,
everywhere that im going, i feel so wrong.
even my house doesnt seem like a home,
it feels like im never gonna get out of the bottom
ill just be left here to roam.
i want somebody to help me,
but nobody wants to help.
cant u hear me screaming, cant u hear me yelp?
i guess ill always be filled with misery and
it will always seem,
the only place where i feel safe is
only in my dreams * |
