wondering why

but it seems like just yesterday
you were here.
your smile was legend, and
no one was as nice as you.
i mean it seems like
just yesterday you were
posing for a picture.
it seems like you
really never left us at all.
we've been living our lives
but we still wonder why
you had to leave.
you were nice and caring.
so we go on with our lives
wondering why. |
