love, the one feeling you cant ignore

that i could be someone's sun
knowing that someone cared
knowing that if i was lost they would be there
is it really to much to ask?
to get this feeling do i need a mask?
do i have to be someone i'm not,
to get the feeling i want?
because i cant keep pretending that i dont care
when i reach for your hand and its not there
i cant pretend i dont want someone to hold
cant pretend i dont want someone to fight away the cold
someone who understands how i feel
having the way they feel be real
and not just something they say
but something that grows day after day
i want love
that is all of the above
and so much more
the one feeling you can't ignore |
